Tide Pool Beach Wedding Chantell + Ramon

This beach had a very special meaning to the couple.  They had called me and asked about beaches that were a little less crowded. The tide pool location is one of my favorites for a quieter beach.  When the couple scouted out the location, they found a heart shaped rock at the beach – which was the sign they were looking for!  They called me the next day with the news and we spent the next few months planning their special day.

The bride was very active in planning the details of her special day, and everything went off without a hitch.  It was important for her to include both her Dad and Stepdad with walking her down the aisle. Dressed in a beautiful, white gown, the bride and her wedding party descended the stairs for this wedding on the beach.   She was escorted by her Stepdad and her Dad, and the bride and groom’s two children were the flower girls for the wedding.   Her two best friends were her bridesmaids and wore beautiful blush pink dresses.

The aisle was decorated with shells, bouquets of white hydrangeas, and grey dusty miller and white lanterns.   And, the wedding arch was also decorated with fresh flowers. As the bride and her wedding party approached, family and friends gathered on either side of the aisle.  This couple traveled from the central valley along with special friends and members of their family for this very special wedding. During the ceremony, the couple had the minister read letters that they had written to each other. For me, this is always a special touch to any wedding day.   As the minister read the letters, both the bride and the groom had tears in their eyes, as did many of the guests.

After the ceremony, the couple’s daughter found another heart shaped rock on the same beach. I think someone was tell them this wedding was meant to be!!

In fact, the rain that had fallen an hour before the ceremony, blew in a different direction, and the couple was left with a perfect sunset wedding, with pinks and pale oranges accenting the clouds.  I’m sure you can imagine the beautiful photos that captured this occasion.
