Destination Beach Elopement- Alex and Elizabeth
After leaving behind 13 inches of snow in Cheyenne, Wyoming, this couple chose a perfect spot for their wedding – the sandy shore of Shell Beach. The sun was warm, the waves were crashing, the water was a beautiful bluish-green, and orange California poppies bloomed on the cliff above the wedding site. The beautiful bride carried a bouquet of Dutch iris, purple stock, carnations, and touches of pink spray roses. The groom was coordinated with his purple shirt, white pants, and boutonniere. As they said their vows and exchanged rings, they were joined by their parents – also in coordinating colors.
When asked to describe what she likes about her groom, this bride said that he is not only her best friend, but he is an absolute charmer who makes her weak in the knees. Just one look at his smile and anyone can see why she describes him as a charmer. Not to mention these two could not stop kissing each other!! Together they made a beautiful couple who smiled during the entire ceremony at their destination beach elopement. Together they will share many adventures, I am sure. They already took a road trip from San Francisco to the Central Coast and stopped along the way at a few sites.
In one of their photos, they drew a heart in the sand. As the groom said, this was the perfect spot for a wedding. The only beach that could have been better was possibly Hawaii. But that would have been an additional 6 hour flight. Personally, I think this was the ideal spot!
