Small Cliff Wedding in Pismo Beach

In front of family and friends, Gabriel and Sierra spoke their own hand-written vows to each other – vows in which they professed their love for each other and their commitment to their future together.   Incorporated into their ceremony, the minister read their favorite quote:   “Love grows by giving.   The love we give away is the only love we keep.   The way to retain love is to give it away.”   To this, the minister added:

For though your hands may touch, it’s your hearts that hold.  When you hold love within your heart, you radiate a light which shall brighten all the days   of your life and beyond.  Everything we truly love becomes a part of us forever.   So take your time with each other.   Let your love’s seed grow and mature with the seasons, to provide you with warmth, serenity, joy, and acceptance throughout all the years of your marriage.

The bride described her groom as her rock and her biggest supporter.   She said that he constantly keeps her laughing and that he makes sure she has a smile on her face.   She says that he is a genuinely caring person and that he has an amazing heart.   But, most of all, she says she has never met anyone who makes her as happy as he does.

And, the groom says that he loves the way is bride is there for him 100% of the time.   He says that she always brightens his days, especially when he is covered in darkness.   He says that he cannot go five minutes without her making him smile.

This tradition bride wore a long, ivory dress with a train and walked down the aisle with her face covered by a beautiful lacy veil.   I loved the detail of the veil!  She carried a bouquet of red roses, while her handsome groom dressed in a black tuxedo, awaited the girl of his dreams.   She was preceded down the aisle by two adorable ring bearers, a darling flower girl who scattered rose petals down the aisle, and the maid-of-honor and the best man.   As she entered the aisle, all the guests rose as Pachelbel’s Canon in D Major played in the background.

After the ceremony, the happy couple was joined by family and friends for some group photos.   Then they stole away to a beach location for photos of just the two of them.   As the waves crashed and gulls called overhead, they were wrapped in each other’s arms for some private photos of their small cliff wedding in Pismo Beach.
