Shell Beach Gazebo Wedding Jacqueline + Francisco

Most of the time, a wedding on the Central Coast has the added beauty of a blue ocean and a turquoise sky.  But, not today.  Instead, the waves were wild, the water was a steel grey, and a mist covered the land.  But, nothing could dampen the spirits of the guests and the bride and groom.  This was their special day, and they were ready to enjoy every moment.

The bride incorporated her two adorable daughters into the wedding, and that brought a smile to all the guests – especially when, mid-way down the aisle, as the younger daughter followed her older sister (who, by the way distributed rose petals with perfection), the younger daughter decided to dump the rose petals in the middle of the aisle.  It was a perfect, spontaneous touch of humor.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her dad and her mom.  Before sitting down, her dad lifted her veil, gave his daughter a kiss, and then shook hands with the groom.

Tulle draped the gazebo and was accented with lilac sashes, and bouquets with lilac and purple flowers and grey dusty miller.

We always encourage our brides and grooms with children to include them in the ceremony.  Not only were these darling little girls used as flower girls, paving the way for their beautiful mommy, but we also invited them to join us at the end of the ceremony for a family blessing.  This is a beautiful way to ask a blessing upon the new family.  It is always a special moment for all at this Shell Beach Gazebo Wedding.
