First Dance Music
This is the music that you will use to celebrate your first dance together as husband and wife. Let it reflect your personality and make it something special to the two of you. Even if your wedding is “just the two of us”, you can still share a first dance together. Load a selection on to your phone, find a secluded location (perhaps a little-known section of beach with a beautiful sunset in the background) and enjoy the moment together.
Mother/Son Dance
With the selection of this song, a son can honor his mother and say thanks for all of her support throughout the years. Perhaps mom has a favorite song – something from your childhood even.
Father/Daughter Dance
Here is the bride’s opportunity to share one last moment with her dad. Traditionally, it is transition from childhood (think Daddy’s little girl) to adulthood (think wife). It is also a way for the bride to offer her thanks to her dad for all he has done for her through the years.
Anniversary Song
This is a time when you can ask all the married couples who are attending your wedding to join you in a dance to celebrate their own marriage.
Last Dance
This is the final dance of the evening and can send the couple off on their new life together. Or use this song as a thank you to all of the guests who shared in your special day. Whether celebratory or subtle, this signals the end of a very special day!
