Pismo Beach Elopement

An elopement ceremony on the beach, with waves just steps, away is such a perfect setting for a wedding in Pismo Beach.   Combine that with a glowing bride, a smiling groom, and a special guest to witness the occasion, and you have the beginning of a new chapter in life.

This couple sealed their love with a sand ceremony in which they placed rocks and sand in a jar, symbolizing the coming together of their two separate lives into one.   The rocks represent the big thing in life (family, partner, health) and the grains of sand, gathered from this very beach where they were married, are all the other things in life (job, chores, small things that make up life).   Marriage is a mix of both, but if you spend all your energy on the small things, you will not have time for the more important things that really matter in a marriage.   This couple expressed that they want to continue to grow together and have a happy life by never getting so caught up with a career that they lose sight of everything that made them fall in love.   They seem to have their priorities straight by focusing on the rocks!

This adventurous couple took a road trip all the way from Missouri to get married on our beautiful beaches!!  Driving to stop in Las Vegas and Venice Beach, the couple was amazed by the beauty of the Pacific Ocean.  They were going to finish their road trip wedding/honeymoon up in Napa.

The bride’s mom made their flowers for them – so sweet!  Plus, they can keep their wedding bouquet to take home with them.
