A simple beach wedding was what this couple was looking for. The bride had childhood memories of spending summers in Pismo and loved the beaches there. She knew she wanted to get married on the beach with her toes in the sand.  After talking about the best location for the wedding, she chose the sandy area of the beach close to sunset time.

The couple wanted to have a traditional ceremony and not see each other before the wedding. I met the bride, her mom, grandma and daughter before the wedding. We were able to take some photos of the bride and capture some great moments of 4 generations of women!  Those photos are memories that will be passed on from generations to generations.  We try to find those special moments and make sure to capture them on film.

The guests gathered in the sand and stood while the couple said their vows to each other. We had Jason, our guest minister preform the ceremony for the couple.

After the wedding, we took a group photo of all the guests and then individual family photos and finished right at sunset with photos of the couple.

The ocean dune location has the sandy beach, water in the background, and pops of green from the plants growing in the sand. I like this location because you can have a wedding here without having to worry about the tide.

The ceremony was performed by our guest minister Jason.
